  2. Locate Your VPS Order: Navigate to the section where your VPS order is listed.


  3. Initiate Cancellation: Select the option to cancel your VPS order. This action will prompt a cancellation process to begin.


  4. Request a Refund (Optional): If you are eligible for a refund and wish to receive one, please create a support ticket specifying your request. You can do this directly from your client dashboard.


Refund Eligibility Criteria:



  • Refunds are applicable if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the purchasing date.

  • Refunds are also issued if the order was not fulfilled, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
